Case 10: Three Birds Property Company Eagle Lincoln-Mercury v. Texas Instrument et al

Counsel for the plaintiff retained Mr. Caputo to evaluate possible sources of chlorinated hydrocarbon solvents found in the groundwater underlying the client’s property.  Mr. Caputo identified the historic use of constituents of concern by the adjoining property owner/operator and a key former employee involved in purchasing those chemicals.  Mr. Caputo also investigated the allegation of use of similar chemicals by the plaintiff and advised counsel on the issue.
