Two parties could not come to a settlement agreement in a lawsuit.  Mr. Caputo was retained by counsel for one party to evaluate the case and assist in settling the matter.  Mr. Caputo reviewed the case and based upon his experience was able to offer an approach that ultimately resulted in a settlement agreeable to both parties.
